Digital Products Policy

All products sold on DesignAssets are digital goods (downloadable assets).
Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase on DesignAssets, you acknowledge and agree that:

Digital products are not eligible for returns
Digital products are not eligible for refunds
Digital products do not include a trial period
Digital products do not include a cooling-off or inspection period

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Files)

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:

The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened
You received the wrong digital product
The file is incomplete or missing assets

In such cases, we will review the issue and provide a replacement file or corrected download if necessary.

Unauthorized Refund Requests

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, refund requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:

You changed your mind
You no longer need the product
You purchased the wrong item
You expected a different design style
You did not read the product description before purchase

We strongly encourage customers to review the product description, preview images, and details before purchasing.

European Union Consumer Rights

For customers located in the European Union, by purchasing and downloading digital products from DesignAssets, you expressly agree that:

The digital content is delivered immediately after purchase.
You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital product has begun.
